Metaflux 70-16 – Liquid Aluminium Spray
Pure aluminium coating (99.5%) providing durable protection and a smooth, shiny finish. Heat resistant and suitable for various substrates.
- Heat resistant up to 800 °C
- Fast-drying and electrically conductive (spot welding)
- Thermal diffusion on steel above 825 °C
- Excellent adhesion on metal, wood and plastic
Application: coating of air ducts, galvanized steel, furnaces, pipes, silos, exhaust systems and weld seams.
Metaflux 70-03 – Tool Spray
Universal cutting oil in spray form for all metals – from hard materials such as stainless steel and titanium to soft metals such as copper, brass, aluminium and cast iron.
- Effectively dissipates heat
- Prevents discoloration of CrNi steel and copper
- Excellent adhesion on angled surfaces
- Nitrite-free, skin-friendly and free of aggressive additives
- Extends tool life by up to 100%
- Improves sawing performance by up to 40%
Application: spray directly on the drill or the surface to be cut.
Metaflux 70-09 – Biolub Spray
Special NSF H1 certified lubricating spray for use in the food industry and other hygiene-sensitive environments.
- Temperature range: –30 °C to +120 °C
- Colourless, odourless and tasteless
- Silicone-free and skin-friendly
- Strong capillary effect and excellent lubrication
- No animal or vegetable fats, does not go rancid
Application: ideal for mechanical components in meat processing, bakeries, industrial kitchens, bottling plants, breweries and medical applications.
