DOWSIL™ is the brand under which Dow currently offers its silicone products, continuing the legacy of the former Dow Corning. Founded in 1943 as a joint venture between Dow Chemical and Corning Glass, Dow Corning grew into a global leader in silicone technology. In 2016, the company was fully integrated into Dow, and its products have since been marketed under the DOWSIL™ brand.

Two Main Brands Within the Range:

• DOWSIL™: High-performance silicone solutions for applications in construction, automotive, electronics, and industrial manufacturing.
• XIAMETER®: A range of standardized silicone products, primarily aimed at customers purchasing in larger volumes.
